I have been working in the home business for over 40 years - initially working for a couple of residential building construction firms and ultimately my own design firm, TERRI TEST DESIGN. I know the housing industry from the raw land, through design, construction, and move-in. I take the time to listen to my client's wants and needs and truly treasure the relationships that have formed.

Verbal, written and visual communications are the most important aspects of my job. The more you know about your client, the closer the solution will be to their needs, wants, and dreams. Fortunately, over the years, many of my clients are repeat customers. I specialize in custom and spec homes in Austin and its surrounding communities where I still love the pencil in my hand and the one to one contact with my clients.

I graduated from Texas A&M, in 1979 with a degree in Environmental Design and became a Certified Professional Building Designer after passing a comprehensive 20-hour exam from the National Council of Building Designer Certification (NCBDC) in 2007.

In 2013, I added Realtor® to my resume. The goal is to provide the most trustworthy and competent real estate service available as I strive to exceed your expectations. I enjoy working with my new and repeat clients every day. I enjoy showing homes in their best light, and how they might be transformed if they are not exactly what my clients dream of.

Having lived in Austin for almost 60 years, I have seen the city and surrounding communities grow and thrive while keeping its small town charm and appeal. No matter where my travels lead, I love coming home to the Texas Hill Country and our home in Allandale. My husband, Bruce and I have raised our daughter and son here in this community, taking advantage of the inviting lakes, lush green belts, and beautiful hills. I enjoy spending time with my family, travel, photography, floating in the swimming pool, cheering on my Aggies, watching soccer and spoiling our Shih Tzu and St. Bernard!
